Today was my first time seeing a Periodontist and I was terrified all morning - until the second I sat in Dr Mandell’s chair. He was so kind, patient and explained everything so well. His hygienist Sandy was an angel and educated me on things no dentist or hygienist has ever shown me my entire life ie, no more floss sticks! The receptionist Lina was so helpful explaining my insurance. All 3 made my fear and anxiety go away. If I could give 10 stars I would!
I went to Dr Mandell for a second opinion concerning an implant. His review of my medical record, the exam, and our discussion, were the most comprehensive I have had in a long long time. Dr. Mandell is smart, thorough, and compassionate. In addition, his office manager and hygienist were top notch. They really stood out for being super professional, organized, and caring. Wow.
