Receptionist is rude and releases patient information to anyone without verifying who she is talking to. Dr. gave wrong info about meds, won’t release needed med records, doesn’t follow thru on referrals. Nice guy, but completely incompetent medical professional.
I called to make an appt since they are listed as accepting new patients on BCBS website. The manager was extremely rude and verbatimly told me "we shouldn't see people like you anyway" and hung up on me. Then when I called back to speak with the doctor he said "I don't want to talk to you" and hung up on me. He'll now be speaking with my lawyer in regards to discrimination and the medical ethics board of Texas.
