Dr. Harkins was an excellent doctor, who cared about his patients! I will miss him so much!
Sadly Dr. Harkins passed away recently after 50 years of caring and devotion to the Desert Hot Springs and surrounding communities. Anyone believing he was not a doctor did not know him as he had two doctorate degrees. He was a Nutritional Medical Doctor and held a PhD in psychology along with the Nurse Practitioner License. He will be missed by so many. He saved my life.
