Dr. Giffin listens to his patients and takes into consideration their background in the medical field. He is very kind, compassionate and caring.
He does listen to you. He gives clear feed back even when he is extrememly busy.
I wish there was a lower rating that I could give this doctor than a one star. After my 97-year-old mother was taken from the nursing home to see him, he would not respond to my several request to visit with him about her medication. She has trouble communicating at this point in her life and really needed me to help her communicate with the doctor. I live out of state and I am her power of attorney. I had also requested that her medications not be changed unless we were involved in a discussion about doing so. My desperate ... read more
