The most favorable way to describe my vist with Dr. Burns is that he is rude,extremely impatient and quite frankly, for lack of a better description, a real jerk. The way he treated and spoke to the technician who assisted him was abusive and cruel and made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for the young technician. His treatment and demeanor towards myself was no less. DR BURNS REMOVED THE WRONG TOOTH WHILE I WAS UNDER ANASTHESIA! I went in to get my last upper left tooth removed because it cracked in half and couldn’t be saved with a root canal. I have a fear of dentists and chose to be put out to have it removed as it had to be broken up to be removed. I was told that the assistant took xrays and labeled the bottom last tooth. SHOULD'VE SUED FOR MALPRACTICE - REMOVED THE WRONG TOOTH In 2015, my little sister got her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Robert Burns. She opted to go under local anesthesia rather than general anesthesia so she was awake during the operation. During the removal of 1 of the wisdom teeth, Dr. Burns removed the WRONG TOOTH (a back tooth directly next to the tooth that was supposed to be removed).
