Have been seeing Megan,Dr. Koval's PA, I think, most often with intermittent visits with Dr. Koval. Have not been a patient for very long, but have appreciated the time they both take to answer my questions and go over my labs. I have had to send a couple of messages through the patient portal, and both times got a very timely response! Overall, very satisfied with my new patient experience!
Loved Dr Koval.He was the only doctor who actually addressed my problem. And I finally got some answers and help.
Dr. Koval is both professional and personable. In addition, his assistant Heather is also professional and cordial. The past 12 months of getting Evenity shots has been unremarkable, which is a good thing. I left my 12th visit excited to learn whether or not I grew bone. Therefore, I did the bloodwork immediately and I have the bone density for both sides scheduled for July 10. Dr. Koval will request approval for stage 2, and I will go to an every 6 months protocol. Easy peasy. Wish me luck! Esther
