I brought this up when I needed directions to facility. I noticed reviews and took note so I wanted to make sure I left a review. I had a good experience. From checking in, till leaving. He spent a lot of time with me, asking numerous questions and things about my past to help get to the bottom of my symptoms. I don't have any answers yet but he still listened to my concerns, did some allergy tests, and some blood work. Dr. Kocur is an amazing doctor he's a very intelligent helpful patient understanding fun doctor he listens to your concerns and worries not to mention he's great with my children my daughter is very scared of doctor offices and he makes her feel free of fear in his office he makes her laugh tells her the test that he's going to do on her arm, and he talks to her and ask her can he do the test and he always ask us what we think about anything he does before he do it he makes us comfortable and is a enjoy to be around my child... read more
Actually baffled that this man calls himself a doctor. He’s middle aged yet doesn’t know how to have a professional and serious conversation. When I went with my partner to an appt we’ve waited months for, this man shows up late, opens the door and just looks at us and says nothing… okay. We walk in and he can’t even use his words to tell us which way to go as if we work there and know our way around the office. We get to the room and this man is just all jokes. Dr. Kocur is very unprofessional. He asks personal questions like why don’t you have kids, this has nothing to do with my allergies. He’ll ask what you paid for your house and criticize you if you paid more than he thought you should have paid (I didn’t tell him what we paid but without knowing anything about my house he put a price tag on it). He will criticize you if you’re divorced and ask what you did to run off your ex and call it a joke. It’s a negative experience and he complains about how much he hates central Illino... read more
We worked with Dr. Kocur for my daughter's GI allergies that other doctors had been having trouble figuring out. He listened very intently, asked really specific questions and made me feel respected as a parent and caregiver. He was knowledgeable and helped us build a solid plan for the future regarding her health situation.
