100% the best of both worlds: incredible medical expertise, paired with what was once called "bedside manner". Dr Klapheke took the time to earnestly listen before engaging. I always feel valued as a patient, and will not hesitate to recommend him to all.
Dr. Klapheke answered all my questions, asked important questions of his own, showed and explained images from endoscopy, offered strategies for further care and options I can choose. Very thorough, not rushed, listened and considerate.
