The doctor seemed knowledgeable and charismatic during the first visit. I was planning on having the Inspire Implant for sleep apnea, and I was excited about the prognosis. However, his staff never followed through by calling to schedule the necessary tests and appointments! A doctor is only as good as their support staff, and it seems that St Joseph’s has not lived up to its reputation. I guess I’ll have to find a location that cares about its patients.
Amazing Dr. & results
The wait time calling in to schedule/reschedule/cancel appointments is extensive. First time I was on hold half hour. Just now I was on hold for 20 minutes, someone answered and hung up. Here we go again! and I'm working... No option to leave messages, and don't want my grandfather to be penalized for not canceling his appointment with notice. Not happy. Cannot speak on the care provided as I'm not familiar.
Dr.Kellman is an amazing doctor! He is great at what he does. He has helped my mother tremendously. I am thankful for all he has done.
