I brought in a pair of $200 glasses I had purchased from Dr. Lanahan, to be repaired and left them. I called a few days later and they indicated that they could not locate them on the premises. I went to the store on Gage where I had dropped them off and they indicated that they had contacted the person who received the glasses and she repaired them and gave them back to me.
