I have been a patient of Dr. Caudelle for over 20 years, and during that time, I have always appreciated his expertise and care. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the front desk staff has been disappointing and has ultimately made me want to find a new eye doctor. During my last visit, I mistakenly went to the old Fayetteville location, which caused me to be late for my appointment. Dr. Caudelle sold his practice to a corporation; the "personal" touch is gone. Rather than waste your time finding out the way my family did I encourage you to find a new doctor.
Dr. Caudelle is simply the BEST. He's very nice, very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. I haven't been seeing him for long but every visit has been a pleasant one. I highly recommend him
Since being unable to see clearly for the better part of 20 years I've been seeing Dr Caudelle. He is a super cool optometrist that is both friendly and professional. I've been lucky they have accepted all of my different types of insurance from when I was a kid to today. The staff has always been friendly and helpful which is why I go out of my way for my yearly exams.
