As a medical professional myself, I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson to any adult seeking an internal medicine physician as a primary care provider. He is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled with communicating at the patient’s level of understanding. His staff (office workers and nurse) have always been friendly and helpful during the times I contact them or when I have been at the clinic.
Dr. Anderson does a great job, but his office staff is the worst I have ever been involved with. With me and my wife, they have sent out wrong appointment times, lab work, and resently not informed us that a procedure was not covered by our insurance. We have a $600 bill pending with Merit Health which I would also recommend that you stay away from. This has all happened since Dr. Anderson left St. Dominic's. We really like Kirk but not his inefficient office staff. Jackie Stuart
