He is blunt and uncaring! Misdiagnosed me and I’m in Riverside. Wish this wasn’t true…..
Have had four surgeries with Dr. Gewirtz and trust him implicitly. He is no nonsense but amazingly smart and caring. His PA, Kyle, is top notch. No regrets.

This doctor literally saved my husband’s life. My husband had a severe stroke that required a craniotomy to relieve pressure off of his brain. He also required a drain tube among other things. Excellent doctor.
Dr. Robert Gewirtz has poor bedside manner, even for a surgeon. He was very curt, short, and tried to blame brand new neurological symptoms I am having on a condition that resolved years ago. Not only is it unrelated to his speciality, there was no discussion with me about said condition and my history with it (including that it resolved for me years ago).
