I was refered to Dr Jones by Dr Russo with TN Heart to be evaluated for a pacemaker. He explained everything answering all my questions in no hurry. The procedure went exactly and I highly recommend him .
Dr Jones is the very best. When I choose him I did not know him or anyone else there. I felt as if I had already known him but I had not. He sits down with you every time he sees you and goes over your health with you. You can trust him to remember anything you tell him, even about something not medical but related to you.The office is very accommodating when you are in need. I have never been to any physician's office and not have a long wait time, but not with Dr Jones. I highly recommend him!

I recently visited Vanderbilt Clinic for an MRI for my heart, they were rude and unprofessional. I cancelled my appointment with Vanderbilt and was referred to Centennial Heart by Tricare. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and hospitability I received when I entered the Centennial Heart Facility. I was met by a courteous and helpful staff. I met with Dr. Jones and knew right away I was going to be taken care of. I wish I would have known about Centennial Heart before.
Dr. Chris Jones in my opinion is a top notch Electrophysiology. He is definitely an asset to your organization. I go yearly to see Dr. Jones in his office, but I do a pacemaker remote check from home every 3 months. I receive a letter telling me he received it and the results. I will & have recommended Dr. Jones to people because he has an excellent bedside manner & sits down and talks to you in his office. He is very knowledgable in his field. You get in and out of his office in timely manner

I would highly recommend Dr Jones if you are looking for a cardiologist. He is very caring, kind and thorough.
Dr Jones is well known for his training, experience, and skills in Cardiac Electrophysiology. All of my experiences with him over the past (almost) three years have been outstanding. At the outset he took extra time to sit down and lean back (literally) and get to know both my wife and me. He has steered my treatment through Atrial Fibrillation, low heart rate, and blockage repair. We hold him in the highest regard.
