Terrible communication. Worst property managers ever. Don’t even waste your time. Purely incompetent at their jobs.
TL;DR The literal worst. I repeat, THE WORST - DO NOT EVEN ENGAGE. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. DISRESPECTFUL. INCOMPETENT. Does not listen to no farming or soliciting. They were hired to manage a unit in our 4-unit building and failed terribly. The unit owner was not even aware that a tenant was found and a lease was signed (how is that even possible!?). Well I had him on social media and goes by Matt Lewis. I did give a second thought that when I was ready to buy I would have options. Until Matt sent derogatory messages that were not appropriate. Saving my picture he said and that I excited him. It really shook me
Very poor communication and seems like there not giving equal opportunity and belittle people it's not nice were all human should learn how to treat people if your running a business ,I don't see this company lasting any longer . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERES OTHER REALTORS
