I was very patient about waiting for my results & understanding of the fact that Dr. Shapiro was working on it all by himself. I waited a week to reach out & was told that only one more step was needed before my results were ready. It’s now been 2 days short of a month & I haven’t heard anything back at all, not even an update on the situation. I really wanted to give this place a chance, because he seemed very knowledgeable, but I feel completely disregarded as a patient.
I have had hip pain for a long time and always just dealt with it i finally seen Dr. Shapiro today and he addressed all my issues and adjusted my whole body by cracking it back into place i should’ve went here a long time ago! Very excited to go back and start to not feel anymore pain thank you Dr!
Dr. Shapiro and his team are excellent! He came highly recommended by my massage therapist in Stockton and I have not been disappointed. He's very personable, taking time to explain things and discuss treatment options. He focuses on what treatments will work best for each patient, and treats accordingly, rather than doing the same adjustments, procedures and treatments for every client. I just had my first experience today with his office. His receptionist was friendly and highlighted the approach of Dr. Shapiro that really made me feel this would be a great fit for us, she sold me with minimal effort. Then I met the Dr. and even in our short consultation I felt I was in the right place despite a fussy 4 year old. When you choose health care you’re putting your trust in that establishment and in those practitioners. I’m thankful to have found them in Stockton!
Doctor Shapiro is excellent. He listened from the very beginning through the end of my long winded story of how my pain/injury began. I felt he showed true concern about helping me recover rather than work on gaining a lifetime patient/customer. He understood my need to be able to function day to day and recommended an MRI so that i could stop wasting time on treatments that had not been working. I appreciate that he listens.
