Dr. Ellis was friendly, personal, and very knowledgeable about his field. He reached out to a colleague on a Friday and got us in to see her the following Monday. I respected his opinions and followed his lead. He was not in a hurry to get to the next patient. That made me feel heard and made my care feel important.
