My husband passed away August 30, 2023. I contacted Robert Jewett to help with my husband's handwritten will. Dan (husband) and I each thought that if we wrote, "I leave everything to my wife (husband)" and signed and dated the will, everything would be OK, since we had no children. Nope....not in Texas. Robert was patient with me and worked my husband's handwritten will through probate. We needed Dan's 2 brothers to testify that the handwriting was his which we did via a zoom call with the judge.
