i had a really good experience here the first time with jackie, so i decided that i would definitely return & did so today. i definitely will not be coming back after this past experience. i had an 11:45 appointment & wasn’t seen until around 12:25 for a bangs trim. i also arrived over 10 minutes early as one does to respect the time of another so i waited well over 40 minutes to get my bangs trimmed. at some point the receptionist realized i had been waiting over 25 minutes after my appointment time & came over with a very ... read more
Angela is amazing! I've seen her twice now for hair color and cut and I am so appreciative and relieved at how the appointments have gone. She's a very detailed and deliberate worker while also still working within the timeframe of our appointments. She's been careful to not push the boundaries of my hair health while still delivering exactly what I was looking for from my inspo pics. I've been getting single process color for 15+ years across two cities. I was only here because my amazing hair colorist of a decade has been cutting his hours back. I have never felt more rushed and unwelcome in a salon, and I have never before paid so much for so little.
