When my eye doctor retired, I went to 3 different ophthalmologists … found Dr Auerbach at my children’s eye doctor … thank goodness… Dr Auerbach is kind patient and caring … addressed all my issues and glad I finally found a great eye doctor!!! Highly recommended
Not sure about the doctor but the people who are managing appointments are rude and non caring for their patients. I had an appointment scheduled on June 17th and it was canceled because the doc could not make it. When I called up to reschedule I was only given the option to reschedule a months from now. I told them it was not my fault for the appointment to be canceled and asked for the re-appointment in a few days or following week. The response was that all is booked. No apology whatsoever.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive
Dr. Auerbach is great with kids, patient, kind and understanding. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained everything well and had no problems answering every question I had.
