Absolute waste if time. Appointment was at 950am. Get there early, fill out paperwork. 10:10 still sitting there not many people have moved out of the waiting room for their appointments. Walk up to the desk and ask if there’s an update as people have schedules they also need to keep. Receptionist hands me a piece of paper with a refund. I asked “what just happened, is there a much longer wait” her response” I just check people in” If that’s the service of their practice I dodged a hack of a doctor.
