My appointment was at 2:20. I arrived on time but wasn't called back until 3:25 where I continued to wait. Totally annoying spending 1 1/2 hours in a drs office. There's got to be a better way of scheduling appointments:(
Dr. Segal's staff was very professional. My visit to his office was to remove a liver spot from my face because another dermatologist would not remove it and recommended Dr. Segal. I told him what I wanted to have done at the recommendation of the other dermatologist. However, after a 10 min visit with him, he declined to remove the "blemish" on my face and stated the insurance required that I use his creams on my face before he could remove it. Waited 37 mins over appt time I watched the nurses goofing off in the back front desk worker total rude called twice before appt because I couldn't find the entrance ,bathroom dirty waiting room tiny as heck total waste of time I even came early do not recommend at all plenty of others out there !!!!!!!
In on time, solved my problem quickly and provided treatment and I am feeling so much better.
