His nice doctor
Dr. Schultes is a great doctor but I had a problem Trish with the employee who answered the phone the day I came to pick up my paperwork she was rude and condescending after I asked a simple question and when called out she simply acted like nothing happened and switched back to her normal voice. An apology would’ve been nice.
Been a patient for many years. Schultes is an extremely knowledgeable, caring, professional doctor. His staff is extremely helpful. I have lots of extremely difficult health conditions that most doctors couldn't handle. He will listen to your concerns- questions - explain your health issues and not rush you out the door. I hope he doesn't retire for a few more years. I recommend him to anyone.
They charge $300 for physical exam form. You will need to pay the bill first before they fill the physical exam form which is OK. But they packed and sealed the wrong physical exam form in the envelope for us which is needed to ship to USCIS. We didn't know that until the green card interview day when the interview officer in the Des Moines processing center pointed that out. So we got RFE because of that. Now more than 6 month has passed since we submitted the correct physical exam form, we are still waiting for our AOS to ... read more
