He listens to me, He addresses my questions and concerns, He asks me questions. He is thorough.
As previously mentioned, his manner is non-judgmental and his guidance and care are excellent.
I explained that I was a nervous patient. This is the wrong guy to see if you're looking for good, calming bedside manner. He doesn't call patients with results of tests but instead relies on "My Chart". Ironically there is an option on "My Chart" that allows you to contact the Doctor. Waste of time!!!! Some of his staff are extremely helpful but there were still a few confusing times in which his staff was not on the ball. For example, the Doctor wanted me to do an x-ray.
