I first saw Dr. Leon back in 2016, who sent me to an electrophysiologist because he couldn’t tend to my issue, which was fine. Dr. Leon’s staff at the time was unprofessional and I did issue a complaint to him and his staff. Today I had a scheduled visit with Dr. Leon and waited 1 1/2 hours to see him. He walked into the examine room and stated he remembered my complaint and refused to see me. Said it was best in both our interest if I saw someone else. Fantastic and talented doctor who really cares about each patient and takes time with each visit.
My visit was a very positive one. The staff was polite, efficient, received an appointment right away. The doctor was very understanding, listened to my concerned and did an extensive interview. The doctor did not rush me out of his office and was very engaging. The doctor was genuinely concerned about my questions and answered all of them. A very friendly doctor and staff. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.
GREAT EXPERIENCE! Knowledgeable staff was able to contact my insurance for authorization before I even arrived- making my visit quick and painless. The doctor has great bedside manner and was able to ease any and all of my concerns. Definitely would recommend.
Based on some previous reviews I was concerned nevertheless based on my general practitioner's recommendation I scheduled an appointment. Dr. Leon was professional with an excellent bedside manner. He explained everything he was doing during the in office test including an echocardiogram. The front desk called my insurance explaining the two procedures and gained approval prior to my appointment. I would recommend.
Terrible bedside manner. Few words and does not explain anything . He rushes with you to get to the next patient . I will never come back to this doctor. Not once did he smile or listen to my concerns . If u are searching for a cardiologist please look elsewhere he is rude and caring at all. staff that he has are unprofessional as well.
Horrible experience !!! I have never met a doctor who treats his patients and family members with no respect . He does not care for his patients at all. Due to a scheduling conflict where his incompetent and rude staff refused to admit to. This Doctor Told My Mom It Is Best If She Looks For A New Cardiologist Because It Wasn't GOING To Work Out When There ARE CONFLICTS With THE family. What doctor says this to a patient. Dr.Leon is a fantastic Doctor he saved my life detecting a tumor in my heart. He made sure I was taken care of and I am alive today because of him
HIGHLY UNREPUTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! So this doctor services you by looking at you from a distance for about 70 seconds. Then, then he charges your insurance thousands of dollars and you get a co-pay for $150 bucks in the mail. I made one payment towards the balance then never got another bill until now, when they decide to put me in collections! They never contacted me, or sent me a second bill, no phone call, nothing! Scam artists! Don't waste your time! Find a more reputable doctor!
