Dr. Kelsey strikes the right balance of professionalism and personal care. Great rapport. My husband and I both loved him. Unfortunately, we moved from Chicago when I was 7 months pregnant so didn’t get to deliver with Kelsey, but he has set the standard for care when we look for new physicians. Practice was also run extremely smoothly and on time, which is worth its weight in gold.
One word, Excellent. My wife and I were referred to Dr. Kelsey by a friend after 2 miscarriages, and we are so glad to have been. Dr. Kelsey is such a wealth of knowledge and experience, and he just exudes confidence, and gives you a feeling that he’s “got it under control” whatever the situation is. Since then, Dr. Kelsey has delivered 2 healthy baby boys for us. We highly recommend Dr. Kelsey and his staff.
Dr. Kelsey was good. His staff on the other hand was unprofessional. When I asked for an outside referral for a test, instead of listening to my concern calmly, the nurse yelled at me and was extremely unprofessional. It would be great if the doctor's service was matched by a professional staff....but unfortunately it was not.
