Terrific first visit. Actively listened to my description of the problem, shared his opinion of the issue and treatment options, and recommended the first step (Lidocaine/Cortisone injection,c which was practically painless) and the timeframe I could expect to see relief. Very pleased!
Dr Heaps was thorough explaining the issue. He was attentive and he decided a cortisone shot was in order. Today 24 hrs later the pain in my thumb and wrist has diminished and I expect in a few days will be resolved totally.
