The office is well organized and clean. I ususally get into my appointment within 5 mins, once waited 1/2 hour. I don't consider that bad at all. I went to him for a concern last year. After several appointments, I was much better. I'm going again now for a different problem. It's getting better after 2-3 appointments. The first 2 helped, but it was a stubborn muscle. :) He explained his reasons for the amount and timing of appointments, and the healing process has occurred close to the timing he projected. Their office was very quiet and I was able to relax very easily. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had. Dr. Gatto is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, letting me know what he was doing with the treatments and I feel confident taking my baby to him also.
