He did a wonderful job on my son's hand. Gained my son's trust, which is hard to do. Great bedside manner and great attitude.

Front office is rude and not helpful. My employee had to have surgery on his finger and they wouldn't send required paperwork for physical therapy. They don't answer the phone. I had to call another office and they had to transfer me in order to speak to someone, who was rude and acted like they couldn't care less.

My appointment took over three hours for the doctor to tell me i needed to get an mri done which they scheduled for 6:15 pm the following day. Dr Gaines was very thorough and very nice, but not impressed with front desk or the time it took.

Great Doctor I would recommend Dr. Gains to family an friends . Only complaint is rude secretary at his office . Good luck getting in . Had surgery an one office visit . Was told if infection came back . To get back to him not to linger . Was told to go to my primary doctor . Or E.R.

I never do these things, but Dr. Gaines has helped me out so much it's the least I can do. Nearly 2 months back I was accidentally shot in my leg, and was flown from Plainview to Lubbock to the trauma center. Dr. Gaines installed a titanium rod in my femur, and did an outstanding job. I never questioned his judgment, I developed a Hematoma from the bullet trauma to my muscle and Dr. Gaines reacted very quickly saving me my leg. Very well educated man in his field. Very highly recommended.
