Dr was extremely patient and not rushed... Even though we ended up being there quite a while due to nature of injury / care needed. Afraid we would be a burden or feel the burden of having been there so long. Dr. Was very kind, not rushed and managed all things well. Including understanding and being sympathetic to the level of pain
