I took one of my great grandmother's watches in to see if the battery could be changed or if the watch was broken internally. Carmen and the other associates were so incredibly kind, prompt, and not pushy in the slightest. They changed my watch battery expeditiously, and even polished my other jewelry in the meantime. I intend to bring any other jewelry I have here, and they've made a long time customer of me!
Rita was grade just need a watch battery this time. Quick service and lifetime free replacement . I couldn’t ask for more.
