A Great Place to Be, the only place to shop for diamond.
So glad I was directed to Robert Irwin, 376 Perkins Extd,. Top shelf place to do business. Staff very friendly and helpful, really know their craft and put me at ease with the feeling of fairness as I am no "expert" when it comes to shopping for jewelry. Found exactly what I needed even though I wasn't sure myself when I walked in. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality nor price, will definaitly take all my business there from now on.
My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Destinee at Robert Irwin. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and knew the inventory well. We visited several stores before purchasing and the customer service here cannot be beat. We never felt pressured and she followed up with us by emailing specials and promotions when they ran. I recently came in to have my white gold ring redipped and they did it for free and quickly, explaining that they take care of their customers and they really do!
