Being seeing him after Dr. Barte retired. He was good until his staff gets involved. Too bad he's losing clients because the receptionist doesn't wanna do her job.
Dr. Imani is wonderful but his office manager, Tiffany has a long way to go in terms of customer service. Every time I call she says I need conservancy to simply make an appointment and that's not true. And after knowing that my dad was depressed and really needed an appointment, she said she would confer with the doctor and get back to me and never did. Great way to take care of patients!!!
