The absolute worst you can expect from a dental office. They only care about the $$, not the pain or concern of the person in need of treatment.
They are amazing. This is a true story. They were the sixth dentist I visited for an opinion on my failing upper teeth from bone loss. A crown done by another dentist had fallen out, and no one would touch it, or even attempt to glue it in for me until I could come up with the funds for the extensive work. I know this crown is history, but Dr. Hamilton and wonderful Annette had no problem putting it back in for me....six dentists later. No one else even tried. I am floored. The entire office was very pleasent.. I felt very comfortable speaking with the dentist about my dental problems.. The visits have been painless and both dentists have been very considerate.
Great dental office! They broke down exactly what the cost was, how much my insurance would pay and how much I would need to pay out-of-pocket before doing the procedure. Every single staff member was outgoing, friendly, and went out of their way to make me comfortable. Dr. Hamilton was very personable and Dr. I was very thorough and explained the entire process to me. I will definitely be coming back! Well, hopefully, not too often :)
Dr iervolino gave me a very good estimate for my dental work. I had gotten two previous estimates which were much higher. Great work.
The entire office was considerate, friendly and very attentive to our needs. The front desk people were able to give us a very close estimate of what our insurance would pay. Very pleased with the whole experience.
