Excelente profesional!
Found out I had a tear in my retina within a week Dr Hyde and staff repaired my tear as well as fixed my retina detachment. They took such great care of me and made sure the problem was fixed asap.
I have called at least 6 times and left messages to get test results over a course of 2 weeks… I have NEVER received a phone call back from anyone!!! This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I dont know what else to do but keep leaving messages. Without genetic test results, can’t into a clinical trial…… This is truly disheartening and seriously so unprofessional for a doctor in this position!! Will never refer anyone here ever!!
