I would like to thank the Service team at Robert Hutson Ford for taking care of my 2020 Ford Escape , Ref: Customer Satisfaction Program 23B56. Both front doors were repaired and now operate like new.
If I could give a negative star review, I would. I dropped my car off at Robert Hutson on Monday, July 14, 2025, around 7:30–7:45 AM for a recall and a brake pricing. I was greeted by Gil and specifically pointed out metal shavings on the rear driver-side rotor. Gil assured me I would receive a call with pricing before any parts were ordered or installed. I am totally pleased with the service I receive at Robert Hutson. Two employees that go above and beyond to help me are Jacob, my salesman and Phillip , service department I am a widowed senior citizen and these gentlemen take extra time to assist me They are truly a blessing to me and I'm sure many other customers. They are a real asset to this dealership
