Checked in and paid right away (09:45). Was called back in less than 5 minutes to do some testing and put dialating drops in. Everyone was courteous, friendly and helpful, letting me know what was needed and being done. Dr Hutchins was quick to see me, explaining what the tests showed and what he was concerned about. Let me know the next step of treatment, when and what day. Overall I like the overall staff,very reassuring and relaxed atmosphere.
I was very happy with the care that I received. The front desk employee was very friendly and courteous. When I was taken to the back to be tested I was told step by step what they were doing. This set my mind at ease. When I seen Dr.Hutchins he explained what was going on with me and let me know what he felt was the best procedure for my condition. He told me that I would be fine and that he performs about 100 of these processes in a week. I trust him. Thank you CEI..
