If it weren't for Dr. Heller, I would not be here today. He did an amazing job on my surgery, and has been there for me ever since. Even though I don't need to see him regularly, I still do, if for nothing else, just reassurance, and he's always given it. am writing to express a concern that I feel needs to be addressed regarding the front desk staff at your office. Unfortunately, every time I visit or call, I consistently encounter rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior from the staff at the front desk. This is not a one-time issue—it's an ongoing problem that affects not only me but also seems to impact other patients as well. Best surgeon I have had the experience of meeting with. His bedside manner is incredible! Staff is very responsive, kind, and knowledgeable as well. When we had decided on a chairi decompression surgery, I never expected it would have turned out so incredibly. Thanks to Dr.Heller, I finally have my quality of life back. 10/10… all the way around!
Almost a year ago Dr. Heller removed a sizeable acoustic neuroma from my brain. He and his excellent team did a great job and I've recovered very well. He guided me through a difficult (ok terrifying) experience, and I will always be glad that I decided to have Dr. Heller do the surgery and stay local at AMC.
Dr. Heller is an excellent doctor… both highly professional and caring. He took time to listen to my concerns and to explain the medical issues very thoroughly.
