We had Bob install a laundry closet in our condo. The work involved electrical, plumbing, and drywall/plaster work. He gave us a quote and schedule that were clear about potential uncertainty and he stayed very close to both. He and his subcontractors are prompt, experienced, and respectful. We will definitely work with him again.
Sketchy. Last Friday afternoon I randomly filled out a Facebook ad for a free estimate. At about 9:30pm I got a text asking why I hadn’t scheduled the estimate. I was surprised and annoyed. I got another text at 11:30pm!! What kind of tweaker thinks it is appropriate to text a prospective customer at that time of night? Very weird, very unprofessional, very desperate.
we had a kitchen and bath remodel to do and requested a quote from bob , who was quick to provide a quote that was reasonable compared to other astronomical quotes , he started with a few days and completed everything in record time of 4 weeks , will be using him on phase 2 and recommending him to all our friends.
Bob Houser and his team have done an exceptional job remodeling our outdated kitchen. The previous kitchen was ugly and virtually impractical, necessitating a full-scale reconstruction, and it has now become a wonderful place for cooking.
