Dr. Hartzler performed shoulder surgery on my wife in February. From the first visit we knew Dr. Hartzler would do everything he could to fix my wife’s shoulder. He was attentive & listened to everything my wife had to say & answered every question we had. His office was efficient and prompt and we never waited more than a few minutes before being seen by a nurse, PA, or Dr. Hartzler. Dr. Hartzler, is a very caring knowledgeable physician! He spent time with me explaining my shoulder problems. He offered me other options in order to avoid surgery. I think he truly cares about his patients. I live in Austin and I will gladly travel to New Braunfels or San Antonio to be seen by him!
Dr. Hartzler and his staff couldn't be more helpful, kind or patient. Places like that can be ver intimidating, but by the time you leave, you're relaxed, confident, know exactly what the outcome will be and you feel safe. He's a very kind doctor...to me bedside manor makes or breaks me with a doctor. Thank you Dr. Hartzler.
I was having tremendous arm and shoulder pain. Dr. HARTZLER was able to use my various test results and physical impediments to diagnose my ailments. I am happy with the results!
