My wife had total reverse shoulder replacement. Couldn't be happier with Dr Hartzler, his clinic staff, and the hospital staff. We knew within 5 minutes of meeting him that he was our guy. Her surgery was on Friday and he visited her in the hospital on Saturday morning and gave us his personal cell phone number. What doctor does that these days?
