Had to call to reschedule my appointment, the receptionist called out my name in a rude manner. I asked to reschedule for Monday, she offered a later time but asked for something earlier. She rudely says “what do you mean earlier it’s Friday already” but I meant an earlier time for Monday. She didn’t give her name but she has a very rude attitude.
