Absolutely the worst decision I made regarding home improvement!!! Robert Hansen himself, guaranteed his work, promised a warranty and that he would respond to any questions/issues after the install of our new roof. He does NOT respond which is likely because he LOST HIS LICENSE! Fake vents were installed, the shingles never laid flat, the work was sloppy and messy, etc. I support small businesses but this, is not a business, it’s a liar taking money.

Had my roof replaced August 2019 after reviewing several other companies, all of which were referred to me by Home Advisor. Robert’s estimate was mid range with the others, but I choose to use him, and have been pleased with the results until now. Recent wind has caused new shingles to come off. I’ve called Robert multiple times to express my concerns and he has never returned any of my calls. The initial installation went well but just slightly behind schedule. He mention he would install 6 nails per tab and only did 5. This is still better than the standard 4 but it was misrepresented. My largest frustration was coming back to do warranty work on the rake shingles. He came back one time, did a repair, and they continued to fail the following week. After that he quit answering my phone calls and text messages. I reached out multiple times for a number of weeks with no response. I paid extra to have that work done... read more
