Every time I called, each time I visited - IT WAS AMAZING .. I wanted something very special for my daughter's 50th birthday - Robert and his wife worked with us, including making a model of the final product, and were beyond helpful but at no point pushy or in any way suggesting that their thinking was the way to go. My daughter is ecstatic with her gift and I am more than pleased with how we were treated and with the final product. I plan on returning for her 60th :)
