Just purchased a new Explorer from Irwin Ford. Everything went smoothly from first contact to closing the deal. Brock was great, he responded to our questions in a timely manner, was knowledgeable, and did a great job for us. Overall it was a great experience, we would definitely buy another vehicle from them.
Had to bring my truck in for a recall and have the oil changed and tires rotated. Again Irwin Ford is a pleasure to deal with you get a feeling of family when you walk in the door right up till your visit is over. All the employees are happy and eager to help this can only be a testament to the management team who leads them. Thank_You Irwin Automotive
