I usually love this office. We have seen pretty much every provider. We have also been to a few Saturday clinics at other locations. Dr. Wilson is our pediatrician and we love her. We went in Wed am for early walk in clinic. Nurse was great and swabbed my kiddo for Strep. Dr. Mitchell came in to see my son. The whole interaction and exam lasted about 30 seconds. Worst experience ever the doctor was extremely dismissive and rude. She basically refused to see or treat our child that had severe blood pressure issues and made us go back to the er that sent us to her in the first place. She had been his primary care physician for years and she never once checked his blood pressure the issue came to our awareness after WE took his blood pressure and found out it was elevated. I took my daughter on a Saturday and we saw the incredible Dr. Wilson. She was our regular doctor.. Monday rolls around and my daughter is rapidly declining and I take her in for another visit. We got Dr. Michelle and she would not listen to me, blew me off, would not do a X-ray like I asked. We left and went to er diagnosed with pneumonia and a collapsed lung. Sadly Dr. Mitchell is the reason we will never be back.
