The doctor Grant T. Newman was very rude and bad. My kid had fever and possible ear infection. He tried to see the middle ear and pull my kids' ear so harsh that my kid kept suffering and crying loudly for a long time. He didn't have any empathy and didn't care about the suffering. He only cared about getting his work done. No recommendation at all.
i wouldn’t take my child here if it was the last place on earth. i was a patient until 18. my doctor lied to me about side effects of medications. he never listened to me only my parent and had me on medications i never should of been on. the nurses have the worst attitude in the world. nobody here is qualified to treat a peach much less your child. i have medical trauma from this office that i will carry for the rest of my life because of the negligence and ego of the staff.
