Careful, precise, methodical, yet understanding and compassionate are how I would describe Dr. DeWitt and his staff. You know you are in a safe environment when you see every tool, drawer pull, and machine wrapped in protective, hygienic plastic. Using a special wand video camera, which projected a picture of my teeth on a laptop screen (okay, gigantic-looking teeth are pretty gross looking, but this was fascinating) he showed me all the areas of concern in my mouth, explaining his diagnoses. I had an excellent experience with Dr. DeWitt. He is incredibly thorough and takes the time to actually educate his patients rather than just rushing through the appointment. I specifically appreciated his use of analogies to explain complex dental issues; it made my treatment plan much easier to visualize and understand. If you’re looking for a dentist who is honest, patient, and prioritizes long-term care, I highly recommend him!
Everyone at this practice is friendly and welcoming. Hygenist Christine and Dr. DeWitt are very knowledgeable, and both have a gentle touch.
