Patricia, Dr. Greenfield’s receptionist, yelled at me for asking for clarification in a quote. I was trying to understand if I was getting the quote for the right service. The receptionist got very upset out of the blue, refused to clarify and told me to call the manager. That was it. Clearly this person lacks customer service skills and shouldn’t be on the front desk. Let alone in a med office that takes immigrants for immigration related med exams that require detailed info.
