Robert Greenblatt is one of the best realtors out there in the real estate industry. He’s knowledgeable, personable, respectful and has great communication skills. We sold our house to an investor and Rob was the real estate agent who managed all the communications between us, the investor and prospective buyers. It was our first time ever selling our house in a non traditional way, but Rob made sure the process was smooth with ZERO issues. I would definitely recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

My Maryland buyers needed to sell their home in New Jersey. I interviewed a few agents. They listed and sold with Robert. He was very knowledgeable about the area and worked closely with them to help them move closer to family here. He set realistic expectations and communicated clearly with all parties.
