Robert Green Truck Division (Plow Dept) seems to be suffering from a bad case of 'we don't care-itis.' I've been calling them daily for almost two weeks to get a part for a plow and a new plow setup, but all I get is a never-ending loop of excuses from the secretary. Poor work ethics!!! A lot of miscommunication! Will not RETURN.!! Wonder why people don’t shop local.
Literally the WORST place!!! Avoid them and their TERRIBLE customer service like the plague!!! Robert Green you SUCK. Everyone in the service dept. is rude. They have zero desire to help their customers. They will lie and cheat anyone. Use ANY other dealership please save yourself the headache!!! AND their work sucks I’m not sure who they are hiring these days!
